My name is David M. Watzke, born on Sept. 13,1961 to Charles A. Watzke Jr. and Lois Audry Guidry in New Orleans,Louisiana.

     My family lived in Metairie, La. at 1305 David Dr.(which is a part of the New Orleans outer part) until early 1971 when I was 9 yrs. old and then moved to Bay St. Louis, Mississippi at 1135 Old Spanish Trail about 56 miles away from N.O. where they opened a family grocery known as Old Spanish Trail Super Mrkt.

     My mother and the rest of the family ran the grocery and then my mother past away on May 4, 1977. At that point it was left up to my siblings and I to run the business because, my father was disable by then. My father closed the grocery around 1983 and moved to a differrent location in Bay St. Louis. He passed away on March 9,1996 and was laid to rest next to my mother in the Garden of Memories Cemetary in Bay St. Louis, Ms.
